We collect from your address for a flat $100 fee, scheduled close to the next departure — or bring your items to our Mississauga warehouse yourself and skip the fee entirely.
Once your item reaches our Mississauga warehouse, it goes out with the next scheduled departure — sailing every 2 weeks to Kingston port.
Your container is discharged at the Kingston terminal, then moves under Customs control to our partner agent's bonded warehouse, where it is unpacked and your shipment is held. Our agent handles the documentation and warehousing and contacts your receiver, who can clear customs themselves or have our agent do it for a fee.
